That's partially incorrect. Bleach is still going to continue- but the manga is still on the last arc. Supposedly, it will last for a good 3-4 years, so not to fret. (The anime itself should continue for about another 4 years, at least from what I understand)

Lol, don't read it- my suggestion at least. It's gotten progressively worse and worse. You should just watch up to the part where the seal Aizen away (episode 320ish I believe), and just wait to see what happens. Because, at this time, both the manga, and the anime are at a low.

Hehe, that's almost exactly where I stopped reading it.Lol, don't read it- my suggestion at least. It's gotten progressively worse and worse. Well, the manga at least, haven't watched any of the anime since that zanpaktouh anime only arc (I forget what it was called, it was actually surprisingly good.)
